*Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.

*Hold the dumbbells in front of your body by resting your elbows on the sides of the dumbbells.

*Bend your knees slightly.

*Bend over so that your body forms a straight line.

*Your back should be in a flat position and your head should be at the same level as your chest.

*Keeping your knees bent, slowly lower your chest until you’re in a squat position.

*Keep your back straight and your arms in place.

*Once you’re in a squat position, push your hips forward.

*Hold this position for 10 seconds.

*Rest for 2 minutes.

*Repeat this exercise for 8 to 10 reps.

Perform this workout 3 times a week.

Start interval training with running

Next I show you how to start interval training with running. Running is a great way to start interval training.

*Start running around the block.

*Do this for 15 minutes.

*Stop when you reach a light jog.

*Slowly increase your pace and run for 20 minutes.

*Stop when you reach a fast jogging pace.

*Slowly decrease your pace and rest for 10 minutes.

*Repeat this workout 5 times a week.

Perform this workout 3 times a week.
